New Oxford was originally platted in 1792 for Henry Kuhn by James Bolton. Tim Smith will present an early history of New Oxford told through his research into the original town lots of the borough.
Timothy Smith is the head research assistant at the Adams County Historical Society, a Licensed Battlefield Guide at the Gettysburg National Military Park, and author of numerous books and articles about local history and the Battle of Gettysburg.
