Gettysburg Treasures in the National Civil War Museum
Please join us on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 7 P.M. in the auditorium of Valentine Hall on the Lutheran Theological Seminary Campus for Gettysburg Treasures in the National Civil War Museum.
Wayne Motts, CEO of the National Civil War Museum, and former executive director of the Adams County Historical Society, will be our presenter for a program highlighting the extraordinary artifacts related to the Battle of Gettysburg that are part of the collection held by the National Civil War Museum in Harrisburg, PA.

Does the Adams County Historical Society have a museum?
The Society's 3-D object collection is currently inaccessible. The collection is stored off-site while the Society is headquartered at the Wolf House. It is unknown how long it will be before the collections will once again be available for public viewing. However, portions of the Society's collections are on display at the Gettysburg Heritage Center and Gettysburg Seminary Ridge Museum.
