Can I hold my event at the museum?
Yes - the Adams County Historical Society’s history center and museum features a number of options for those looking to host an event.
What rooms are available for my event?
Our facility features two main spaces for events - the Battlefield Overlook Event Center and the Seminar Room. The Battlefield Overlook Event Center can seat approximately 140 guests with tables and chairs or 200 guests lecture-style. The Event Center features stunning views of the battlefield. The room also has full AV capabilities and a dance floor. Our other main event space is the Seminar Room, which is perfect for smaller meetings of 20-25 people. The Seminar Room features a customizable set-up and full AV capabilities. Additional event spaces, such as our patio and concourse area, may also be available for rentals upon request. How much does it cost to host an event at the facility?

Is catering available?
Yes, catering is available for events. Our preferred caterer is Biggerstaff’s Catering; however, clients may request to bring in their own caterer. Any outside caterers must be approved by the Adams County Historical Society.
