Ordering Scanned Material

You may request a high-resolution scan of any document or photograph in the ACHS collection. If the material can be located and is approved for reproduction, we will provide 300 dpi files via email. Please note that ACHS reserves the right to deny any reproduction request, for any reason.

To make a request, please complete the form below or download a paper copy of the reproduction request form. Please email your completed form to archives@achs-pa.org or send via regular mail to 625 Biglerville Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325, and a staff member will be in touch. For publication requests, ACHS will provide an additional Image Licensing Agreement that must be signed by both parties prior to publication. Please note that all fees must be paid prior to fulfilment of an order.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.

Admission Fee Waiver

Any individual who financially qualifies, based upon level of income, may be granted free admission to the museum. The determination will be made by museum staff based upon that individual’s application for free admission.
